Gantry double column CNC milling center BTMC-2204
This gantry machining center is mainly composed of the parts of the spindle screw
lubrication system, the cooling system, the numerical control operation panel and
the electronic control system . It is mainly used in heavy industries, such as aircraft,
automobiles, ships and other heavy industries. It mainly processes large and complex
workpieces, such as aircraft beams, frames and some parts of large machinery. In a
word, longmen processing center is a large machine tool designed for processing

1. Guide way:
XY axis adopts high precision, high speed, high load bearing roller linear slide track and ball
screw to ensure dynamic accuracy and durable service life. Z-axis is designed with hardened
sliding track.
2. Spindle:
Box spindle head structure, internal reinforcement, using Japan's NSK P4 class ultra-precision
bevel ball bearing and large span support design.o that the spindle can withstand strong radial
and axial thrust, eliminate vibration under heavy cutting load.
3.Transmission parts:
Imported precision bearing and Taiwan precision ball screw. The installation of the ball screw
adopts the pre-drawing technology, which can not only improve the rigidity of the transmission
parts, but also eliminate the elongation of the ball screw caused by thermal stress effect during
the temperature rise of the ball screw in operation.
4.Tool magazine:
Taiwan DETA disc type automatic tool changer.
Mechanical arm tool change, point-to-point tool change only 1.9 seconds
5.Machine body:
The machine body adopts alloy cast iron with secondary tempering to ensure the stability and
reliability of the body and effectively prevent the deformation of the body.
6. Spindle chiller:
Imported spindle oil cooler, improves the service life of the bearing, and reduces the impact
of the spindle's thermal deformation on the machining accuracy.
